I had occasion today in bringing in my wife's Acura TL for an oil change and a warranty recall and would like to leave you with some comments.
I wish I had gotten the name of your person at the service counter, as that is where the experience began. I met with her last week to set a date and time for the car to have some work done, and was impressed from the first meeting the professional and attentive personality she displayed. I thought little more about it, was just first impressions.
Today I went in earlier than scheduled at 8am to drop off the car and was greeted by a service staff member who again impressed me, half way expecting some negativity, being early and the doors just opening, he dropped what he was doing and immediately assisted me to get me on my way.
The great service continued by a virtual immediate pick up by Charlie, again a very pleasant and professional gentleman, a pleasure to be taken to work by him. Surprised again when he handed me his card for a return pick up, something I have never experienced. Calling him for the return ride was only a 15 minute wait, far beyond what I would have expected.
The best part was to get to the dealership and be driven inside, and see a white Acura TL which was bright and clean, and I thought, man I need to wash OUR car. As I looked closer, it was ours, what a treat! I suggested to your service girl that she had won my business simply based on the service, and well what surprised me and caused me to send this email, was her genuine excitement that you folks had made a difference.
Your team of people is very obviously well trained and eager to serve and make the clients experience a positive one, thanks for doing what you do.
